Everyone hightails it to Vegas, where they will get into trouble with the Acme megacorporation (CEO: Steve Martin), meet dad and the new Q (Joan Cusack) and her inventions. Kate and Bugs realise they need the duck to make the movie work. DJ and Daffy team up, Daffy learns that his new pal's dad is Damien Drake, star of Warner's spy movies, and maybe a spy in real life.
Daffy throws a tanty, DJ Drake (Brendan Fraser), the stuntman and security guard, is called to throw him out. Kate Houghton (Jenna Elfman), the studio exec in charge of animated characters, says research shows Daffy's fan demographic "is angry fat guys in basements".
